Contact Amazon Directly

I cant seem to open a new Case Log to get some help from Amazon… The layout has changed and I keep going in circles to the automated frequently asked questions… Im just going round and round in circles.

Does any one know how I can now simply contact amazon directly ?

If this is due to the annoying pop up screen , when you click contact us, click “Request product page or category change” even if this is not what you require, this the opens up the main menu bar on the left that you can then change to the correct required contact request.
