Please help me cancel orders

Hey! I spent a lot of money on air shipping goods from China. Before my shipment even arrived in Amazon (they are still in transit), I had ALL of the units sell out in Poland due to a pricing error where my price did not convert properly from GBP to Polish Zloty. I need to cancel these orders - or at least be able to cancel the largest order of 30 units, so that I don't lose out on thousands of dollars. I opened up a case but Amazon said they can't cancel the orders. Is there anyone who can assist me before it's too late? This shipment is with Amazon Partnered Shipping. Maybe there's a way to cancel the shipment enroute and re-book it?

if this was going into FBA unfortunately the only folks who could possibly cancel it, are Amazon. If seller support aren’t allowing you to cancel it, then there’s not a lot you can do.

Consider it an intro offer and hopefully you might get good ranking boost and some reviews?

I had a rep in the past who was able to help me but he hasn't responded to my emails. I think he may no longer be with Amazon...

I understand you had an issue of conversion for your Polish marketplace and would like to cancel FBA orders with the incorrect price.

As per our policies and reinforcing the resolution of the case ending in 5012, FBA order cannot be cancelled. I understand this was not the expected resolution for you, but you can find this information in the following help page:
