Small business certification suspended

Hi folks,
I am having a difficult time with getting my small business certification to show. On my business profile page, it says “suspended” next to the small business certification. I got it through Supplier Gateway which was one of the recommended sources through Amazon, so there shouldn’t be any issues.
It doesn’t offer any explanation for why its suspended or what I can do to fix the issue, and I have contacted seller support already and they don’t seem to have a clue either.
