Amazon Small Business Badge takes too long to get answer from Amazon almost 1 month
We have checked with Amazon if we are eligible for Amazon Small Business Badge but it was almost 1 month but we didn't get any answers from them, hope that there's someone can help here. We are small business from UK and our brand owning are also registered in UK

According to an identical post:
7. I believe my business qualifies, what is the process to confirm that I meet the criteria to be identified as a Small Business in the Amazon store?
You can contact Selling Partner Support, provide the name of your brand and company, business address, and your merchant token ID, and our team will review your eligibility in the program. You can expect a reply within 10 business days from your initial request.
So if you have done all of the above, can you not chase them through your case log?

Until now we are not getting any answer, it's been more than a month and Amazon still keeps on saying that our request is being reviewed by their internal team for investigation.

It's already April 3 and STILL HAVEN'T GET ANY ANSWER FROM AMAZON ??!!! ALWAYS SAY THAT INTERNAL TEAM IS CHECKING ..!! FOR HOW LONG ??!!!! I CAN'T EVEN GET ANSWER EVEN HERE ON THE FORUM.
MY CASE IS FROM FEB 22!!
