LUCID ID audit has been ongoing for 2 months without any results

Hi,

I registered with LUCID over 2 month ago.

At a similar time, I was submitting my LUCID number. The number has not been confirmed for over two months and support cannot help me and sends ready-made formulations.

The application status is still "submitted" even though support tells you to wait a maximum of 72 hours for activation. More than two months have passed.

I tried to solve the problem with SUPPORT twice but to no avail.

Please help us! we want to sell now, our products have been discontinued for 2 months now.
