I want to tell our story.
Our account have been deactivated due to payment failure-since we cleared that out in the beginning of january - payed our shares so our SC is on zero.
I tried to reactive our account but it declined our HUN VAT number. I refresshed everything but still nothing happened.
I contacted support and found out that when they checked our VAT number via ec.europa.eu they have found our long company name - and we registered here with our short company name. To be clear - both are legit and can be used anywhere. Amazon also have every document to clarify this. But they declined our reactivation due to 'mismatch of company name with VAT number"
To be nice I have send our certified company statement the original and also a german translation. They have forwared me to the Amazon VAT team, they had no idea what to do with me and send me back to Account Health Support team.
I have submitted every possible document to them, they said it should not be more the 24-48h to verify the information I send in.
It's been a week and I have yet to got any update. Today they have told me on the phone that I could call a 100 times a day it would not help them any furthure. My only option is to wait until the 'internal team is reviewing the problem".
I have almost a 1000 inventory on hold - tens of thousand of HUF in the bin and we cannot do anything.
Also - Account Helath option of 'call me now' has 99% only german speaking option - I got lucky last week for an option of an english speaker.
Horrible customer service and support.
