I just want to know, if im using an invoice from a distributor that has 10 quantity of the item/brand im trying to ungate, is it allowed for there to be other unrelated items in the invoice? Or does it strictly have to be just what im trying to ungate?

Hi, can you ungate the Clinique beauty category with an invoice and has anyone recently done it? I sent an approval and they approved the brand with the invoice and they said but not the beauty category. And they are asking for a letter of authorisation does anyone know what's the best way to ungate it,

Can someone please help me with my issue. Actually I purchased a branded product from a registered supplier and applied to ungate that product. I provided the invoice as well to Amazon but unfortunately they didn't approve my it and requested the complete chain from the supplier which they can't provide as the supplier explained me it's confidential. I contacted the Amazon team 3 to 4 times as I applied for the same product for many times but they still demand the whole supplier's chain documents. Have somebody faced the same issue. Kindly help me .
