商品真实性投诉后为什么一直提交不成功
我是刚来亚马逊的一个新手我帮助我的亲人销售产品导致我的账号出现真实性投诉我在第一时间联系了官方客服,客服给我推荐了一个申诉平台多次申诉一直不成功导致目前我对这个平台特别失望对待刚入门的新卖家十分不友好

我也不清楚,平台要求我提供365天之前的发票,我没找到于是我补开了一张,但是还是不行后面我联系了平台客服,官方客服给我推荐了一个专业申诉,后面关于我的法国站点他一直没有给我申诉回来且告知我没办法申诉,后面平台发邮件告知我,我提交的材料只能证明商品的真实性不能证明别的,但是我不是被质疑真实性吗?我明明提交了但是还是导致我的店铺一直受影响,我不知道到底该怎么办
