Royal Mail supplies
Is it just me or do other people have trouble trying to order mail supplies from the Royal Mail website. I seem to have been having trouble for months now, as I keep getting sent around in circles on their site. I can not get to view my order history to re-order grey mail sacks. I normally use Firefox but this usually doesn’t work with their site so try Chrome or edge. I can usually get one of those to work but today nothing seems to work. I have complained about it on numerous occasions but nothing ever seems to be put right. I don’t have any problems with any other sites but I was beginning to wonder is it just me having these problems.

Yeah I’m the same, I click on my account and it tells me to login, so I login go back to the shop, where I try to order mailbags, but I can’t order mailbags because I’m not a registered business so I have to login, when I click to login it automatically refreshes because I’m logged in, but I can’t order bags because I’m not logged in…
Tried 2 separate browsers, on 2 separate computers, and my phone… same issue. Cleared cookies etc

I always get issues with ordering the mail supplies - can’t seem to log-in. Sometimes it works, but mostly it doesn’t. I’m dreading having to order some Zebra labels soon.

try a different browser for some reason our firefox hates the website, but chrome works fine getting the order
in terms of the supplies they seem to be ok, had a few delays but has been alright

I’m glad to know it’s not just me. I was beginning to think it was something to do with my computer. I last managed to order some on 02/11/22 but I’m still waiting. I keep complaining to them but their website just gets worse. Perhaps if enough people complain something will eventually get done. Many of you who have experience building websites, will know it is not that difficult to make a website usable and functional. I’m going to have another go now, see if I can order the grey sacks. Exactly the same problem here and I’ve tried clearing cookies and cache, several different web browsers from Firefox, Chrome & Edge.
I usually find, after going round in circles for several minutes, I can usually log in on one of the browsers I use.
I did have the link bookmarked to take me straight to ordering the business supplies, but recently that just directs me to the general public Royal Mail online store.
So frustrating and most definitely ‘another’ Royal Mail website issue!!!

Yes, this is the frustration I have every time I need to order grey sacks. I just keep going round and round. I’m just trying now and I’m back on the merry go round. At some point it works but I never remember how I got there as I’ve been everywhere. Nightmare!

If it’s the grey mail sacks you need, there are still a few free residential courses going, with free meals included and you actually get paid to make them.

We have a constant influx of sacks, we have a great relationship with our sorting office and a lot of the posties, we quite often turn them down. I’ve never ordered them online.

It’s had this issue for years.
Usually have to business login, then scroll to order mail supplies here, click link, then my account at top of the page. We can usually get to the mail supplies page, but i won’t guarantee it.
