I've provided Amazon with a valid invoice from Notino for the purchase of 10 units. I know many others who have used them to ungate before. However I've been declined about 10 times in a row. I've even show in person product photos and bank statements but still declined. What else can I even do??

Notino is a retail website available to the public and not a wholesaler, so probably pure luck that these others have been ungated with their receipts.

Also to be ungated for Max Factor, you need an authorised wholesaler/supplier that is on Max Factors official list of distributors.(which is shared by Max Factor with Amazon)

As with a lot of ungating where you have invoices from wholesalers, they may be declined because they are not official supply line and are grey market supplied these goods by back doors, therefore breaking the official chain of validity. (although genuine, the provenance is lost)

Hi, I’m trying to ungate a brand to sell perfumes. I have attached all appropriate invoices needed and have followed all rules. However I have been rejected and haven’t been told the specific reason for this. I have used this manufacturer in the past with no issues.
