Customer scammed us got refunded from A-Z claim and left us a negative feedback.

We have encountered an issue where a customer has scammed us by obtaining a refund through an A-Z claim and subsequently left negative feedback. Despite providing photographic evidence that the item was delivered to the correct address, Amazon has not removed the feedback.
Experiencing a sense of powerlessness.

I’ve also been deceived by customers who received refunds through A-Z claims and left negative feedback.
They are falsely claiming that their orders were not delivered, even though tracking details and proof of delivery photos confirm otherwise and opening A-Z claims to get refunds while leaving damaging reviews.
It has now been two weeks since one of these false feedbacks was reported, yet it still hasn’t been removed. This is seriously affecting my reputation and I am now receiving more similar feedback because the original false review has not been addressed. Every time I follow up with Seller Support, I receive the same generic response:
"Please note that we are still working with our internal team to reach a resolution on your case. While we currently don’t have an update to share with you, be ensured that we will follow up with you as soon as additional information is available."
I need urgent action on this matter. If you can help escalate this and get these false feedbacks removed, I’d greatly appreciate it.
