Immune product please help!
I have received below and I have permission to sell supplements but can not sell one product. I get below message I am not sure what they require because I have tried chasing it but the support team are not helpful.
"As the product is identified as Supplement that contain both Vitamin C and Zinc.
In order to help our customers better find the products they need during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have increased our controls on new product listings for certain Personal Safety and Household products, such as general sales list medicines and supplements and related products."

That comes from this help page where there is a form you need to submit for new listings.
There are also details of requirements such as invoices and packaging/product photos.
The Supplement is identified as containing both Vitamin C and Zinc and falls under general sales list medicines and supplements and related products that need approval.
