I recieved this notification. As i was a new seller and was not aware about amazon policies i just sourced my product from an online vendor who doesnot have any letter of authorization. i recieved complain and my amazon account has been deactivated. Amazon is requiring Letter of authorization but i dont have that. I have an an invoice from my reseller and i have provided all the explantion to amazon through Plan of Action. So Please let me know what should i do.

My account has violated Amazon's intellectual property policy

I am a new seller and I did not understand these things quite well

But now, after a period of research, I understand and know the solutions

1- I am the private supplier, but it became clear to me that it was illegal. I did not understand these matters, so I changed it

2-I did not know that I had to bring an authorization letter to sell the product

I solved these problems and deleted the product from my stock. I saw among many people that in order to remove this ban, I had to write a letter acknowledging the mistake. Thus, I actually wrote many, many, many letters in an elegant and pdf form.

But it is rejected and Amazon tells me the following:

So, is there something I am doing wrong? If you have an idea on how to write an apology in a way that will be better accepted, or anything that can help me with this problem?

My account was deactivated after an Intellectual Property policy violation. The account health has always been guaranteed at 200 for days and there were no previous deactivation warnings.

- My violation was related to the design of Kimetsu no Yaiba. Before posting I checked Trademarkia and there was no business registered under category 25.

- I appealed 3 times. I submitted a screenshot of the purchase confirmation on the website, a receipt for payment via paypal but Amazon still said I did not provide enough evidence.

Could anyone please tell me exactly what evidence they need so I can prove that I own the above designs?
