Read onlyTo dispatch my items I use Evri for the tracked service. To mark as dispatched I always use the add tracking number. This is the only way I dispatch. Imagine my surprise to get a warning that my VTR has dropped below 95%. I have checked the report and Amazon appear to have dropped a tracking reference on a delivery over a month ago. Can one of the moderators please confirm why Amazon has done this.
Did the order in question actually get any scan? because if it was never scanned - that would be the issue.
Or do you mean that you believe amazon removed a tracking number from an order?
