I have one listing graded “very poor” after a customer complained “performance not adequate”

  • I have only had one return for this asin.

  • Return reason was “too large”

  • I have checked the latest reviews and nothing there regarding performance of asin.

  • where else could this complaint be?

They are doing a new beta version of voice of the customer now.

A single customer return now can cause the listing to go to very poor.

Apparently this is progress.

If you just have one return then I wouldn’t worry too much. I now have 10 listings as very poor all with just one customer return.

With regards to the actual complaint this is just the reason the customer puts down for a return. There is probably nothing wrong with the product and just used the return reason as a way of getting a free return.
