This new General Product Safety Regulation will apply to all European marketplaces.

Most non-food consumer products that are offered for sale in the EU are in the scope of the GPSR, including used, repaired, and reconditioned products, and spare parts.

What you need to take into consideration:

• Verify the compliance of your products with existing legislation
• Physically label those products with at least one product identifier
• Label those products with the contact information of the manufacturer and Responsible Person
• Provide the manufacturer and Responsible Person information to Amazon
• Display a product picture
• Display applicable warning and safety information

You can upload information one by one and as well in bulk, for several ASINs at the same time.
