Read onlyHi all
Sent 2 boxes to Amazon that were Delivered on the 30th October last year .
I have been given the run around ever since I have been asked for proof of ownership and proof of delivery , both have been given
i have then been told that not eligible for investigation , because this can only be done when all units are checked in and received.
I am then told that i have to wait 45 days for it to be closed . but it is now 7o and it is still not closed .
i escalate to the manging director , who says they can only get involved once a case has been opened . I point out there there are 2 cases opened already which have been merged , when no will ever read the case history and just ignore everything .
I then get a message from leadership and management team to provide proof of delivery , which i do again
I then get a message to state that they will not reimburse because i used DPD A NON PARTNERED COURIER and I should have used UPS
Any advice on what to do because i am really fed to the back teeth with being asked to do one thing and then that doing it and that being completely ignored
Hello @Seller_J2H5GprhaORbt,
Can you please provide the case ID with seller support?
I can have a look into it and see if it can be sent for a re-investigation. Please have in mind that me having a look into your case does not guarantee a different outcome.

Angie ☄️
Hi sorry for the delay in response
I missed this one
the case id is

Hello @Seller_J2H5GprhaORbt,
Based on the FBA lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy please know the resolution provided on the case ending in 5162 is correct.
Since you used a non-Amazon partnered carrier, any loss or damage that occurred during transit would not be covered by Amazon's reimbursement policy. The policy only covers items lost or damaged by carriers operated by or on behalf of Amazon.

This is shocking
that proof of deliver can be provided
amazon dio not do what they say
and give the total run around
Further more
there is nom partnered carrier from the UK to europe for a small parcel delivery
Don't mess around any more. Start a "money claim online" claim TODAY by writing to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk stating that if the case is not resolved to your satisfaction within 7 days, you will begin court action.
They won't resolve it so next Friday, begin the claim. It is cheap and easy. You should add the fee to the claim as well as your time in dealing with it.
It is the ONLY language that Amazon understands. Their solicitors will first extend the deadline by 14 days, they will wait until the last day and then they will pay up.
Don't delay any more. If you are not familiar with it, search for "Money claim online". It is so easy, just ensure you have all the documentation available.
