Account ability to create listings has been disabled

Due to the account’s limited ability, please click on replace charge method. I have input new bank account details and am still facing the same issues.

Can someone please send me or show me a guide on how to list products and not have this issue?

Bank details are not card details

Card details are charge method

It’s your card details that need changing
