Multiple sellers hit with the one a-z claim

Is this a new way to make is more simple to get free goods from Amazon. Putting in multiple claims from different sellers into one?

Received an A-z claim for a cheap product (just one item from me) auto-granted of course and full defects on my account claim states “All the orders I have bought from Amazon none of them have arrived I want a refund for everything I bought”

I called customer services once as I tried to get a delivery to a market stall in the centre of Edinburgh, where I would be for the week. I needed a piece of display equipment that had broken. The driver couldn’t find me - perfectly understandable.

So I called up Amazon to give more details for the driver and the agent gave me Amazon Prime free for 6 months when I never even asked for anything apart from them to pass on the details. They just randomly do things.
