Video Call from UK Impossible

Hiya,

I’m from the UK and been asked to make a video call appointment, but for this I need to select the “United States” from the Merchant and Marketplace drop down.

On my account there is no option for the United States, therefore I cannot make the video call to verify.

Someone please help.
