Even after brand profile approval for months, my ASINs do not have any logo image on their listing

Hello all,

This is a very frustrating issue I have been dealing with.

I have an accepted Brand Profile for my Account, added my Brand logo image, and all of the such.

Despite this, none of my ASINs have been able to get the brand logo image displayed on the mobile version of Amazon.

I have made multiple cases to seller support, and each time I get an automated reply:

Hello from Amazon Advertiser Support,

I understand your approved Brand Profile logo is not displaying in the byline of your products.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the feature not being available.

As mentioned in the previous correspondence, We are currently testing the placement of the brand logo in the detail page as part of a closed beta with a limited set of brands.We don’t have the ability to add any new brands at the moment.

As this is a beta feature, we cannot make any changes to this and once the feature is tested, it will be floated to all the advertisers.

You will be notified once the feature is approved.

This doesn't make any sense. How can some brands have this and others not allowed, despite having everything to be set up for it & being accepted for it? And then no one on seller support is able to help at all.

It is unfair that some brands are allowed to do this, and others do not.

Please help me out.

Hi there! Could you please send me the case ID for this case that you mentioned you opened with Support? I'd love to take a look into it. I do also want to set expectations that if this is a beta, then Amazon is testing a feature and I may not be able to impact anything.

I am more than happy to take a look though so please let me know!
