Fulfillment Center Issue
Is anyone ecountering delays on shipments on fulfillment centers ? I've recently sent a small shipment and it's been more than a month seens recieved and yet I haven't been given a update. When ask for support , Amazon will try to tell me the shipment don't qualified for investigation. However when mention the date they gave me , they try to change the date on me and give me excuse that my shipment wasn't done throught a partner carrier. I've already prove them wrong on both matters, and all I get it's apologies but nothing is done.
