Invoice defect rate 100%
I’m receiving emails from Amazon stating that I’ve violated a policy because my Invoice Defect Rate shows as 100%, but I have zero invoice defects. I downloaded their report and it shows one order that I invoiced late, but I corrected this by uploading the invoice to the customer on 7/12/22. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, both I and another seller in my group have had this issue. I presume you are a smallish seller, are not VAT registered and will have registered non-VAT status with Amazon. With this in mind, all your receipts/invoices should be automated, and you will need to contact Amazon (probably 4-5 times) before one of them goes into the system and resolves the fault.

Is it normal that if invoice defect rate is 50%, you loose the Buy Box?
