account decactivated but verifaction is competes
I have been trying to reactivate my account for several months. Although my information has been verified, the account status still shows as deactivated
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any help you can provide.

First of all I would like to apologize for the delay of response.
Unfortunately I am not able to have a look into your account and therefore I would suggest to open a case with the Account Health Support:
1) go to "help" on the top right corner and choose "get help and resources"
2) select a service - selling on Amazon
3) pinch again on "selling on Amazon" and a new window opens
4) pinch on "Account Health" and then "reactivate your account"
5) select the second option "Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support" and describe your issue
The specialists working for the Account Health are able to check your account and your status, they will give you guidance and tell you the next steps.
