Not for commercial use
Hi All,
We sell a number of budget-friendly home furniture items through Amazon. Whilst these items will get years of use in a home environment we wouldn’t condone them for use in Bars, restaurants, cafe’s etc. as they are not built to industrial standards.
Does anyone know what Amazon’s policy is when customers try to return large commercial orders? Is there any way we can argue our case on it? I struggle to find much around faulty item returns on Amazon outside of the 14-Day distance selling regulations (30-day recommended).
I’d like to be able to offer non-commercial customers 12 months of replacements and if the order is under 30-days we would offer a refund/replacement. Would Amazon support this?

No Amazon wouldnt let you discriminate between buyers like this - and how could you check which was domestic use and which was commercial?

On Amazon you are able to set your own returns policy as long as it matches or exceeds the existing one already offered by them.
