How many return requests can be made to return one order?

Today I have been sent a return request for the fourth time this month for the same product for a £3.49 keyring each time it simply says in the reason for a return “I need a refund” each time the request comes in it is automatically granted they never post it but wait a week and then open up yet another return request how many times can they do this before Amazon takes action?
