I have a number of product listings that are the following:

socks 12 pack - Black

socks 12 pack - Grey

socks 12 pack - White

All of the individual listings are identical apart from their images and colour. All went on successfully besides the White colourway. All images are the EXACT same format, one main image showing the 12 pack of socks and an annotated image detailing the features.

Despite all listings being near identical, only the white main image keeps getting removed and defaulting to the secondary image. I've not had a successful response from Amazon so was wondering if anyone else had experienced similar.

As instructed by amazon, I've removed all the images and uploaded again, but it keeps doing the same thing.

I'm listing a necklace message card like the image shown im getting this error message:

"We believe the main image has your product in packaging or brand/swing tags which is not permitted for this product type. Please submit a compliant image to lift the suppression. Also refer to Product image requirements."

I'm guessing the bots don't like the text on the message card, but I see plenty of this type of listing on Amazon, so how are their images ok, and mine are getting search suppressed?

Any ideas are gratefully received so I don't throw my laptop out of the window ;)

I uploaded a 2000px x 2500px image for the main picture, but it does not show up, and Amazon picked another image for the main picture from other variation images. Could you let me know what the perfect image size is for the main picture?
