My account deactivate

hello, my seller center is deactivate after put my deposit method. I received video verification link from amazon but through this link i was unable to schedule my video verification because it was invalid. i am trying to know about the reason of my seller center deactivation reason. I did appeal to amazon but not receive any response from amazon
