A-Z Claims and Appeals

I’m sure there are hundreds of thousands of topics on this subject but has anyone noticed lately the a to z team seem to be getting worse.
I have had no fewer than 10 claims granted in the buyer’s favour as INR disputes despite me having a valid proof of delivery and tracking number.

I have contacted seller support who can not help me any further and the A to Z team do not respond to any emails.

What is the next step? Small Claims Court? If so who am I taking to the court? Buyer or Amazon?

There has been a change to the A-Z procedure and they are now being automatically granted.
Sellers have 30 days to appeal providing all proof via their Account health dashboard.

The next logical step, is to escalate the managing director and not legal action. Assuming you have appealed.
To go that way, endangers losing your Amazon account.

Well I can not contact the buyer via Amazon Messaging as it says I am not allowed to (I think its due to the new anti spam service).

I do get emails from Amazon A-Z randomly to say “We have considered your information but our decision remains unchanged”…

Well it’s bonkers that they can take your money without giving you a valid reason why.

I have the exact same issue, before its been sorted via courier amazon havent even responded to my defense of the a to z claim which I knew nothing about have issued a refund.

They don’t even respond to appeals as of late.I also still have an appeal pending since April last year they keep telling me to wait!

It’s all just getting even worse than it always has been. I recently had a case where a customer wanted to return a new (opened and played) media item… Against Amazon rules because it’s against the law of the land. A-Z claim granted. Amazon paid for this one itself but what sort of message does it send to customers? That we will basically treat you like infants who have unlimited rights, but never any responsibilities, and we’ll even permit you to break the law if that’s what makes you happy. Ludicrous…

Yep. Amazon do not even give sellers a chance to represent themselves… Auto A-Z decision on everything in buyers benefit. … I don’t even think some buyers are opening an A-Z, just inquiring as to the whereabouts of their order. They should be helping small businesses at this time, but just keep crippling us.
