FBA Shipment System Down?

Hi,
I’m trying to send a shipment to fba with a new brand. Using UPS generally I have been charged around 3.79 to send a box. This time I have been charged £0.00. However, when I try and access the track shipment page, the entire table is blank, no box ID, no tracking number, nothing. I have spoken to someone at Amazon who states that it is a system delay, however, I have been waiting on this info to show up for over an hour at this point and still nothing.

I would appreciate any insight you guys have. Thanks.
