Issue regarding tax invoice

Hi everyone, I am seller based out of Usa selling on amazon Europe. A customer form Spain demanded invoice and i uploaded the same, but he asks for tax information and i do not have a business incorporated over there. How to address this issue?

Are you shipping to EU via FBM or do you have stock in Spanish FBA warehouses ?
Did the invoice include your US business information ?
