"Inventory Error" / Stranded - 10th Feb - Show of Hands

I wanted to try and found out how many sellers are having problems with selected ASIN’s being in “inventory error” since Thursday 10th Feb with no current solution being offered by Amazon. What seems to have happened is sellers who didn’t sell in the EU but had their inventory automatically ported to the Amazon.France site didn’t have an EU RP, the nominated person. The ASINS were frozen on Amazon.Fr but for some reason selected ASINS on the UK site have ended up having an inventory error…

Seller Support advised removing the listing and re-adding it… others have been told it’s a error and to wait 5 days… others are being told they need to complete the RP forum despite the manufacture being UK based and only selling to the UK…

We actually went from Inventory Error > Delete Listing > Waited 24 hours > Sent in New Stock > ASIN went to listing delete error > Setup ASIN with same SKU > ASIN Live > Stranded Inventory clears off dashboard but the offer doesn’t go live on the listing page and it doesn’t acknowledge stock that is instock or anything that’s being processed by FC other then new shipments sent… now back to inventory error again… SS saying different things… no option to remove stock as it’s stuck in error.

Was this due to an export setting specifically or 'allow amazon to sell your goods globally ’ ?
Maybe worth sellers checking their settings to see if there’s one or the other that’s the problem

We’ve determined that 102 unit(s) have been sidelined at the fulfilment centre. These units have been sidelined at the fulfilment centre for additional processing, such as verification of item dimensions and weight, pending investigations, or FC transshipment. FC processing can take up to three days to complete… doesn’t sound good.

I’m in the same boat as you! Luckily just one of my ASINS is affected. Saying that, we have over 600 units for that ASIN. Happened same time as you…10th Feb and was for Amazon France
