Tinkering badly with their algorithm search?

Or may have had some tech updates that canceled your listings’ keywords/search terms etc.?

Off-season products? Who knows…

If you’re having sales dried up for a very long time, please post an ASIN so others might provide some help/advice for you.

As a Book seller on Amazon ive found its dried up but that was expected. So using the time to have a bit of a cull. Ebay is plodding along but i sell other bits on their mainly collectables. Saturday market as plodding along but low in sales again was expected after Christmas.
Overall ive found Ebay to be the better out of the three.

This time last year 15th January was the lowest point in the whole year for my Amazon 30 day sale summary. Today is exactly the same, even the income is within a few pounds of last years 30 day figure. So the pattern looks completely normal to me for this time of year.

Ebay also almost exactly same sales figures compared to this time last year.

Etsy has already equaled last years sales for this time in the month, so probably a 50% increase on last year by end of January.

What are “who doing”?. Every January, guaranteed, somebody will ask this question. And every year the answers are usually very similar. Most people are skint and / or in debt after Christmas and don’t get paid until the end of January. Many people got paid early before Christmas thus have two weeks longer to go before they get paid again. Some poor unfortunate souls, like those who worked for Thomas Cook lost their jobs just before Christmas. Some poor unfortunate souls who work at Mothercare for example, are about to lose their jobs, as are many at Debenhams and many other businesses up and down the country. Throw in the uncertainty of the “B” word and you’ve just about got the perfect storm as to why sales are quiet. They will pick up…they always do.

I am trying to list books by typing the name into the search bar - loads not being recognised even by title and author so its almost impossible for a customer to find them without the isbn number
