Seller needs to be debited to be eligible to file SAFE-T claim.
Just received my statement for this period and I was hit with $1300 in adjustments. Some are very wrong and I am trying to file a SAFE- T Claim. It is stating Seller needs to be debited to be eligible to file SAFE-T claim. When will I be able to file?

In general Safe-T Claims can only be filed against specific orders and adjustements related to prime items as seen here. In order to properly determine what the best course of actions are for your adjustments can you provide the Case ID on this issue? Thank you.
