A few months ago, I opened an account here at amazon, but I didn't use it, I just opened it and because I thought it wasn't the time to dedicate myself, I requested the cancellation of the account and two weeks ago I opened this new account, now the account has been deactivated because it identified the old account, but I don't have access to the old account, I have already sent Amazon the emails I have to prove the closure of the first account, but so far nothing has been resolved, I can no longer log in or email the first account, I need help, because I no longer know what to do to justify that I was asked to close the old account.
You "closed" the account or was it deactivated? Do you have emails to prove the account was closed?
