You have a balance on your account. Once you’ve received a final payment or charge and your balance is £0.00, you can close your account.

Last time this happened the message was that I must remove all inventory and also wait 90 days from the last sale.

I waited 90 days and ALSO ordered removal of my inventory on the 4th December 2020.

There are still two removal orders pending more than a month later.

Meanwhile Amazon is charging me storage for these items that were ordered removed more than a month ago and telling me to clear the balance which they’re causing my not removing the inventory.

HOW DO I CLOSE THE ACCOUNT ?

i CAN’T REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY SEEM TO BE ON A SPENDING SPREE WITH IT. WHAT IS A FINAL BALANCE AND WHEN WILL IT HAPPEN ?

OR DO I WORK FOR AMAZON NOW ?

I do not want to purchase from this company ever - if necessary to do so it would be a distress purchase.

All you can do is wait for the removal orders to complete then clear whatever fees have accrued.

I am also having this problem. I have a balance of .19p on my account, they don’t disburse under £1 - I closed my business banking account a week ago and the .19p is still on there, therefore they can’t close the account - ARRRRRRRRGH - it’s so STUPID - can’t speak to anyone at Amazon - I just want to close the account - I too, will never ever buy from Amazon ever again - the way they treat sellers sometimes is appalling - when I first started selling 8 years ago the service was excellent for sellers - it’s deteriorated to being beyond frustrating these days…
