Deceitful A-to-z Package did not arrive Claim

Please pay attention to the claim and the customer comments. I find this behaviour alarming. Customer received item proof of delivery on Royal Mail website. Provided to Amazon as evidence which they have rejected. How can I deal with as they have shut my avenues of appeal?

This claim was granted and my appeal was rejected immediately basically seconds after it was submitted and reason was “Why was my appeal denied?
We have reviewed all available information and determined you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove delivery.”
Item shipped 12th January and was delivered 15th January
How do I challenge this?

Unfortunately the forum as full of similar threads. It is an ongoing issue which is of concern to all sellers. Nobody has yet come up with a satisfactory explanation as to why it is allowed to happen but it is happening on a daily basis. Your only course of action now is probably to do what everybody else in this situation has done and email the MD.

Your appeal is a bit confusing tho, I have always been told to make it as basic as possible with just the facts . You have put all the details including the due to be delivered and hide earlier journey etc and amazon doesn’t seem to like that . I could be wrong and I’m sure someone will correct me if this is the case.

There seems to be about a month between delivery and the buyer filing an A-Z claim. Buyers trying it on don’t usually wait that long. You say the buyer has emailed you in the past so that suggests a few communications between you. Have you checked they used the correct address? For a Tracked delivery I would be getting hold of the Royal Mail to see if they can provide further details.

As mentioned in the first reply Amazon are now refunding buyers from seller’s funds even when tracking confirms delivery. The appeal response will then be a generic one rejecting it.

Unfortunately tracked 48 isn’t a signature based shipping method so won’t be accepted.
Did you buy the shipping through amazon?

I love this one, I always email back and say ‘well tell me EXACTLY what evidence you need and what would be sufficient and I will provide you with it’

You never get an answer back other than ‘our decision is final, don’t email again’
