CANNOT ACCESS PREMIUM A+
Hello,
We are facing an issue with the A+ premium content availability.
We meet the two requirements.
1. Created 5 project submissions of A+ Content that have been approved and published within the past 12 months
2. Add all Brand Story to all ASINs.

What kind of issue are you having exactly?
I also checked case 10797015112 and saw that you didn't specify your issue in the message but only in the subject.
Could you please try to reopen the case, specify what is the issue exactly and write it in the message text, not in the subject, so that is more visible for the support?

could you please reply to case 10797015112 with the whole explanation and specifying in the message (not in the subject) that you don't manage to access premium A+ even if you meet the requirements?
