Ups shipment problems please help

Hi, have 3 boxes to ship by UPs, one is being picked up tomorrow although it is not coming up on the list (is this because i have marked it as shipped already?)
The other 2 boxes keep coming up on UPS as an error with the tracking number although I have already paid on Amazon. I have tried for the last 4 hours to get these 2 parcels to get picked up by UPS to no avail.

The one you have already shipped off will still show in your shipments on amazon or in the track section on UPS.

As for UPS not working what error message are you getting it will be saying the error in red at the top of the screen

we normally just put 1 tracking number to request collection but put correct number of boxes. So 3 different labels for 3 different shipments, just put 1 label in and then in qty/weight put 3/(whatever).

UPS is not that straight as having all the info when book… give as close info as poss, so they can work out how big a truck to send then it is fine.

Hi Wendy, if your booking via the UPS website for collection you only need to put one tracking number in to book the collection… as long as the others have valid labels on when the collection driver arrives there won’t be any problems… Only time i’d do different is you have a silly amount of boxes to be picked up then you might want to book it directly with the depot
