Payment initiated

Hello All,

Just started selling on amazon. got a payment initiated email for the 18th Nov. takes 3 - 5 days business days. Nothing has come through and its now gone to reserve? Does this happen often? im due to get another payment shortly will that also go to reserve? surely there is a way for me to get this out? sorry im new to this and it doesnt seem i can withdraw my funds.
