Amazon import to C&D no delivery instructions?

Amazon import to C&D no delivery instructions?

Hi while looking into why the download files have changed this morning to import, I’ve noticed for the first time all the delivery instructions on the orders.
We import all the orders into click and drop but these delivery instructions do not download into the click and drop orders so are not appearing on the envelope labels printed.
I can’t see any option in click and drop Amazon integration to include these in the import so they’re printed on the label.
Anyone know how to add these so the delivery instructions come down in click and drop?

To add :slight_smile: I can’t see any delivery instruction on any order in Amazon order reports so is the only way to see these per order to download the orders into a spreadsheet and copy and paste each one into click and drop individually? :exploding_head:

Hi thanks so if you have hundreds of orders a day you have download each days csv file and copy and paste each delivery note into click and drop? Wow that would take a long time :frowning:
