Read onlyI'm probably not the first seller who has had such a situation. the buyer bought two items, one weighs 1.9 kg, so the service I bought is medium royal mail up to 10 kg (same price like for 5 kg). The description says that the item weighs 1.9 kg. The parcel was delivered, a photo was taken and it looks identical to the one I sent. I feel that the buyer wants to cheat me. The buyer has opened a case and wants to return one item and keep the other one, I have to pay for the return sticker, so when I calculate everything, I lose quite a lot.
your title doesnt match the text, if they only got one how can they return one and keep one?
If they got two, they are perfectly allowed to return one but if its a change of mind, they pay the postage back
Hello @Seller_ofkaq656XneBp,
I am Spencer with Amazon.
Have you opened a case with Seller Support? If so, feel free to share the case ID so I can look into it for you.
Regards, Spencer
This still doesn't really make sense. How can they return one, if they say they only received one ? - or are they wanting to return the one they did receive ? To be honest, this does sound like a scam to me., but as someone said, was this 2 separate orders and you put both into one parcel, or did they actually order 2 of the same item ?
You need to stick to your guns and give them evidence of the weight of the parcel you sent, which would be the weight of the 2 items.
Sorry, but it is as clear as mud!
I beg to differ. It's a choice, not a rule. Unless you can show me where it says that we MUST do this.
Actually, the most important thing is that you follow Amazon's policies. If you don't, you won't last very long on Amazon.
But there is no policy, to my knowledge. that orders must not be combined in one package.
