Amazon says I can sell this item

Hi, thankyou to everyone for taking the time to read this and help me.

I’m looking to purchase an item to sell at wholesale value. I’ve found the product I wish to sell… however the wholesaler also has an official store on amazon.

Amazon says when I list the item that I’m allowed to sell it.

Does the mean there will not be any repercussions from the official store getting upset over me selling their products?

Sorry it may be a stupid question but I’m a new seller and still learning.
