Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated. Do anyone know how to fix this?

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out here because I encountered an issue with creating FBA shipments on Amazon. When I tried to create an FBA shipment like usual, I received an error message stating:

"Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated

Your ability to create shipments has been temporarily deactivated. For more information, go to your Case Log."

Unfortunately, there's no information about this in my Case Log, and even after contacting support, I couldn't get a clear answer. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? If so, how did you resolve it? I would appreciate any insights or guidance on how to get my FBA shipment creation ability reinstated.

Two days ago, I attempted to create an FBA shipment, but encountered the following message: "Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated."

In an effort to resolve this issue, I opened a case log. However, the issue remains unresolved.

This situation is adversely affecting my store, and I am unable to proceed with my business operations. If anyone has a solution or can provide assistance, please help.
