Advice needed for FBA partner couriers
Hi anyone!
I’ve never used a FBA partner courier before but have done so now. Delivery scheduled for pickup 2 days ago and they didnt come. I did put a pickup date in.
I contacted AMZ and they said I should have received a confirmation email but I didnt. They keep saying contact UPS via the confirmation email but I don’t have that. The usual customer service merry go round.
I’m not able to cancel either. So I am stuck not knowing if they will turn up eventually, if there is an issue and a courier is never coming or what.
Any advice appreciated!

Do you mean UPS to deliver stock to an FBA centre?
If so did you actually book the collection through UPS directly? Amazon won’t arrange that for you.
