[very important] shipping setting problem
hello everyone,
Things have been bothering me a lot lately. The reason for this is the shipping setting issue. While the delivery date specified in the orders sent to my seller store indicates the transit time that matches the shipping settings you have made, this situation is not reflected in the panel seen by the customers.
Briefly, when I receive an order, my delivery date shows between 4-8 June on my seller panel, but the situation seen by the buyer is shown as 11-15 June.
This shows that there is no consistency in my store, and the customer who sees it this way does not buy the product from me, and in this case, it affects the buybox status of my store. Since I can’t buy a buybox, I don’t have sales. I opened a case to Amazon for this problem, but they did not help. Due to the situation caused by Covid, the delivery dates seem to be longer than you specified.
I talked about this situation with many of my friends who sell on Amazon and they stated that there is no such problem in their stores.
Please can someone who knows how to solve this situation help? Due to this situation, I do not have sales and this bothers me a lot.
Good forum everyone,
_CuriousMan

Amazon extend the EDD for various reasons, most commonly due to issues and delays with your local delivery office/carrier. There isn’t really anything you can do. Although it has been suggested by sending your items via a faster/tracked service, the Amazon bot will see the faster delivery times and adjust your EDD accordingly.
