Only Amazon sales do not arrive
Why is it that my sales on Amazon are often non-arrivals (6-10 a week) but my sales on eBay always arrive. I have not had one missing delivery on eBay this year. Most items are not scanned on delivery by RM
I send both by Royal Mail 24/48

Unless you use a tracked service Amazon sends reminder emails saying the item may not have arrived which prompts a few people to make false claims for items that did arrive.
