Adding EU Address Details

Anyone know, where I add the Eu business address? I sell tea which needs an EU address as well as a UK one on the packs and the product detail page, but i cannot figure out how to get the detail on to the product detail page. And amazon have just ignored my questions or send me links to teh EU vendor manual which doesn’t tell you.
