Refund on first scan problem

Hi Guys,

I have just had a problem with a ‘refund on first scan’ return

The buyer ordered 4 items and only 1 has arrived back yet amazon has refunded them for the 4 units when the package was scanned at the post office

Does anyone know how this can be appealed ?

Thank you

Same issue - since when can Amazon decide to pay out your monies without your authorisation? Total bandits!

Is it possible to just opt out ?

If not an idea i had is if you set return settings to Seller provided RMA it will have to have some seller input into the return ?

Thanks

I have filed the Safe T Claim. I have uploaded 5 pictures of the item returned / packaging but it has been denied i can appeal however i am still being asking for

– Photographic evidence of the damage or difference between the returned and the shipped items. Images of packaging will not suffice.

Has anyone here been asked for this as i cannot send a photo of the parcel shipped out to the customer now
