My name is {personal data removed, moderator edit} , and I have been trying to register my brand on Amazon. Unfortunately, I have had to submit my application multiple times because it was rejected due to unsuitable photos. I now have new, better photos that meet the requirements.
However, I am experiencing issues when trying to resubmit my application. I have completed the first two steps of the process, but I cannot proceed to the third step to submit my application.
Additionally, I have previously contacted the Amazon Brand Registry Team, but unfortunately, my issue has not yet been resolved.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so that I can resubmit my application with the correct photos.
